VPRA Entertainment respects the privacy of its user and collects only limited data for smooth and uninterrupted communication purposes. We do not sell the data with any third party channels or platforms. We only receive the payments for the service of videos, music or event registration by using the Razorpay payment gateway.
VPRA Entertainment is continuously working on multiple projects and assignments. We do not take online booking for our services such as making logos, music, videography, profiles etc, rather we sell the products such as videos and music created by VPRA Entertainment, or if any client permits us to sell their video/music under a legal agreement/NOC. We also take online booking for events organised/sponsored or promoted by VPRA Entertainment only.
Information Collection
What do we collect?
We only collect basic personal details including Name, Email, DOB, Contact Number, and user profile photographs. If the user has Facebook or Google login references, we only collect the above mentioned basic details for smooth login. To approximate the user interest details and visitor analysis, we also store your browsing pages and searched keywords on our website to enrich the contents.
Why do we collect?
We collect the information for promotional and website enhancement purposes only. To provide the better services and reach, we collect the users' data to build the contents according to their common interests.
Sharing and Selling
VPRA Entertainment never sells user information data with any third party channels or platforms. We only share (not sell) limited data of event registrations with the organiser/host/event manager for event management/seating arrangement purposes.
Payments and Purchase
We can track the purchase/refund history data of the user to avoid the financial disbalance between VPRA Entertainment and the user. VPRA Entertainment uses Razorpay as the prime payment gateway to receive payments from users. We are unable to store/see/track the user's Card or Payment details saved under the user's profile. The saving of card or payment details under the My Account page is the sole responsibility of the user.
How we use the information?
We use the information to enrich the website content to enhance the user experiences. Also, we use them for promotional purposes. We may offer the users for renewal or up-gradation of their subscriptions or plans. We also send notifications, if the user allows, about our upcoming films, music, documentaries, events, programmes et al.
