Events with Cancellation Option

Some of our events come with a cancellation and refund facility. If the event you book allows cancellation, you will clearly find this mentioned on the event’s details page. In such cases, if you decide to cancel within the allowed time frame, we will immediately initiate the refund process.

• Refunds are always sent back to the original payment method (UPI, Debit Card, or Credit Card).

• Once we process the refund, it generally takes 2–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• User can also track the status of your refund anytime by logging in and visiting the “My Account” page.

Events without Cancellation Option

We also host certain special or limited-seat events where cancellation and refund are not available. This information is always mentioned upfront on the event page before you make your booking, so that you can make an informed decision.

A Few Important Notes

• The eligibility for refund depends entirely on the event type and its stated policy.

• VPRA Entertainment cannot speed up the bank or payment gateway’s timeline, but rest assured, once we initiate the refund, the money is on its way.

• We recommend reviewing the event details carefully before booking to avoid any confusion later.
